What We Typically Look For:

• Experience in diesel repair and preventative maintenance

• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, brake, air, and suspension systems

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle computer systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Your own basic tools (or the willingness to build your toolbox over time)

• A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of diesel training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and diagnostic software

• Punctual, safety-conscious, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
